The Top 5 Bloggers in the Printables & Planners Industry That You Need to Follow
How many of these incredible people do you know?
Today I’m sharing the top Bloggers in the Printables and Planners industry (in my opinion) who helped changed my life for the better!
These appear in no particular order. They are all just awesome ladies that I have learned a lot from.
By the end of this article, you will discover new planning methods you may not be aware of. Also, there are resources to teach you about embracing your own talents. You can learn how to plan out anything you want to in your life. And to top it all off, you can learn how to design these products yourself, if you desire.
Ready? Let’s dive in!

Leader #1: Michelle & Aimee of Secret Owl Society
I selected Michelle and Aimee for the #1 spot because they offer so much to their followers. There’s not enough space to tell you about everything, but I want to give you enough so you understand that they are definitely worth checking out.
Here are just a few of the things these ladies have to offer:
- A free newsletter and Planner Girl Magazine (You know this sounds like fun!)
- How to enjoy and even make Digital Planners.
- Free workshops
- Lessons on how to embrace yourself and your ambitions
Michelle and Aimee have been such an inspiration to me in helping me understand that I can do anything I set my mind to IF it’s what I truly desire. The most important parts of this statement are IF, I, and DESIRE. What you do has to be inside you. They just teach you to let it out and embrace it.
Honestly, before I met Michelle and Aimee, I was scared to death of Digital Planners. It was easier just to pretend I didn’t like them than to acknowledge I was afraid. These ladies helped me overcome my fear by admitting what it was and then working my way through it.
Heck, they are even teaching me how to make digital stuff for myself. And now, I’m currently working on getting Digital Planners out for our Printables & Planner shop. If that’s not getting over your fear, I don’t know what is. Without their help, I’m not sure I would ever have done this.
Free workshops are always fun and so is their show, one awesome workshop is the 2022 Joybook Tea Party. You also get access to the Michelle & Aimee Show if you want to sign up for their newsletter.
You’ll find lots and lots of free information about improving yourself on the Secret Owl Society website. Even if you don’t want to make planners or anything like that, these ladies lift women up. They make you feel awesome about yourself and help you understand how wonderful that is!
If you want to check them out or sign up for their newsletter, here’s a great place to start.

Laura is truly an organizing and planner/printables genius.
She’s been at it for 10+ years and as you can see from her evolving blog titles, she has embraced her business growth and adapted with it. The same can be said for how she has had to adapt her business life as her family grew.
She shares her growth in business and in her family. Beyond that, she shares the trials and tribulations of building a business, keeping a home, and raising a family. She also offers tips, techniques, and checklists to help you with organization.

Rachel with All About Planners is one of those people you love to browse their goodies. She is a graphic designer as well as an avid planner. She has many of her own designs to share and they are just gorgeous. All the way back in Rachel’s beginning in 2013 you can see her expertise.
Rachel will also review products that you might want to use on your planner. She’s abundantly honest and will tell you if she finds fault with a product or it just didn’t suit her needs. You can check out her posts on pen types for planners, a variety of planners and designs, and more.

Leader #4: Jen & Jan at The Polka Dot Posie
Jen and Jan are a mom-and-daughter team whose story will just about make your eyes water. They are amazing at many things including beautiful crafts as well as printables and planners.
Digital art is created by Jen (daughter). She has many free giveaways that will help you get organized in many areas of your life. Being a mother herself, Jen has created all kinds of cool ways to help make raising successful children easier. Some of the ideas you might enjoy are her student planner, school printables, and family binder.
These ladies had to create two different Etsy shops, but run a combined blog so they can keep it together. Literally! On their blog, you will find many printables in their adorable color scheme. They also have a freebies section which I’m sure you will want to check out!
At the top of their menu area, you can find links to both of their Etsy shops. The Polka Dot Posie is on hiatus right now, but you really should go check out Polka Dot Posie Print. You’re sure to find more stuff to fall in love with.

Last, but certainly not least, in our five leader line up is Planning Inspired. I can definitely say that Sarah’s blog has been immensely inspiring to me and here’s why.
Sarah offers so many varieties of stickers that you get lost just by looking through the opportunities. Personally, I love using stickers to help remind me visually without always having to read, read, read. Sarah puts a lot of work into making sure we always have just the right thing (even before we knew it was the right thing)!
I also love the way Sarah shares information about other planners. She gives fair and just reviews of a variety of products. Her thorough information helps you decide if this is something you’re interested in or not. If not, then there’s always another opportunity right at your fingertips.
If you happen to be like I was, Sarah will show you all about how to print and cut your planner stickers. If you’re new to planning, she’s got you covered there as well. She has taken the time to create tutorials so she can make it easier for each of us to get started on a terrific planning and organizational journey.
Sarah is also very active on Etsy and she provides a link on her website to make it easier to find her. Go check out everything she has to offer. I feel sure you will find something that you love.
